Life with Us

Our Hope:Both Ryan and I grew up in great homes. We often talk about the good memories we've had growing up. Ryan was very involved in soccer since he could run and kick a ball! His mom LOVES soccer and was probably the mom running up and down the sidelines. I think Ryan is going to be that same proud parent. I can just picture him at all the games cheering his guts out. I really enjoyed softball. I can still hear my dad's voice say, "C'mon Heather, watch the ball all the way to your bat." I can't wait to be on the other side of the fence saying that same thing!

Our children don't have to play or do the same things we did growing up, we just are excited to support them in whatever they choose to do. We hope to be able to provide lots of opportunities for them to grow and find what they are passionate about. It is our hope that our children will find their talents and that we can do whatever it takes for them to do that.

We also would like to take them on adventures. We've been to a lot of cool places but have found that our favorite trips are our regular camping trips and snowboarding trips to places that are not far from home.

Our home:We just built a house a couple years ago and love it.  We live close to our horses which is lots of fun.  We have lots of kids in our neighborhood and have a great ward.  Baby room pictures to come.

Okay, we just got our first baby room furniture: Changing table/dresser.  I still need to get the changing mattress thing for it but I'm so excited.  I love to just come in and sit and dream of the day we get to use it!
